Brandon Ng, a seasoned Chinese Executive Chef, recently joined New World Makati Hotel in January 2024, bringing with him an impressive 28-year track record in the hospitality industry. His extensive experience includes notable stints at prestigious 5-star establishments such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Hong Kong, Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, Pullman – ACCOR Hotels, The Star Casino, Westin Stamford & Le Meridien – Starwood Hotels & Resorts. I’m starting to love this bonding tradition of mixing the salad while tossing it high enough and wishing everyone a prosperous new year ahead. I love Jasmine’s version with vegetables, fruits, salmon sushi, and a homemade kumquat plum sauce. It was wiped out clean.

This is undeniably one of the finest Chinese Lauriats in Manila to celebrate the Dragon New Year! We relished every dish, each carrying an auspicious meaning to usher in good luck and abundance for the year ahead. Highlights include the Prosperity Salad, Claypot Rice, Roasted Suckling Pig, and Braised Whole Abalone with Dried Oyster and Mushrooms.
